Engagement Map Experience
The Engagement Map Experience will serve as a framework for why change is needed, who we are and where we are going.From this framework, we can be more aligned in our work and continue our conversations about what we do and who we are.All associates must complete the Engagement Map Experience by April 30, 2015.
DIRECTORS AND ABOVE
Accountability:
Directors
- Attend mandatory Leadership Engagement Map Experience.
- Plan the Engagement Map Experience for their teams.
- Deliver and facilitatethe Engagement Map Experience for their teams.
- Lead the dialogue during Engagement Map Experience sessions for their teams.
- Report back attendance of sessions within 24 hours.
Vice Presidents
Know and understand the Engagement Map Experience plans for their areas.
(Optional) Attend Engagement Map Sessions for their areas to increase visibility of senior leaders.
Monitor completion rates for their areas. (Reports will be sent end of March and beginning of May)
Engagement Map Sessions: All Associates
Map 1: The Changing Healthcare Landscape - covers the current state of the healthcare industry in the United States and how the industry may change in the future.
Map 3: Person Centered Care - is our promise to support individuals’ life-long health and well-being through holistic, coordinated care models and resources.
Delivery Options:
- Director hosts a video session
Watch videos together as a team
Discuss map concepts as a team
- Director hosts an Engagement Map Session
View physical maps together as a team
Discuss map concepts as a team
- Director advises associates to watch the videos on their own
Group then comes together at a pre-determined time to discuss concepts as a team
- 2 Hour Facilitated Sessions hosted by Leader Development
For associates / managers who were unable to attend a session in their department
