It’s time to recognize our Star Employees and Managers for 2008! Nominations for Employee of the Year and Manager of the Year are being accepted today through May 8, 2009.

Exceptional performance by Tempus Resorts employees is recognized in many ways throughout the year; however, our Annual Employee and Manager of the Year Awards program is your opportunity to nominate those fellow employees who you feel deserve extra-special recognition for consistently performing their roles at the highest level of service and commitment, being a role model and inspiration to all. Employee of the Year and Manager of the Year Award Winners will be recognized at an Awards Dinner on June 4, 2009.

CRITERIA FOR NOMINATIONS:
  • All Tempus Resorts employees may submit one (1) nomination for Employee of the Year AND
  • All Tempus Resorts employees may submit one (1) nomination for Manager of the Year (Exception: Members of the Selection Committee listed below and the Executive Committee may not be nominated.)
  • Managers may be nominated for either Employee of the Year or Manager of the Year
  • Nominees must be an employee in good standing and have been with the Company for (1) year or more as of December 31, 2008 (hire date prior to December 31, 2007).
  • Nominee’s performance must consistently meet established departmental and Company standards.

  • A Selection Committee comprised of Area Leaders and the Executive Committee will review all nominations and determine final award winners.

Take the time to be as thorough as possible, and provide as much supporting details as possible. The Selection Committee is depending on the nomination forms to select the final award winners.
