Employee Access Center (EAC)

Accessing EAC will require the use of your employee number and AIU email address.

Your Employee #: Please refer to one of your pay stubs and find an 8-digit number beginning with 1000; this number is directly above the Contribution column on your Earnings and Deductions statement.

Your AIU Email Address: Your AIU email address usually consists of your first name, a period, and then your last name. It is then followed by ‘@aiu3.net’ (ex. ).

Problems: If you encounter any problems with your AIU email address, password, or any other login issues, you must call the AIU Help Desk at 412-394-5900 for assistance. The operator can immediately give you your address and/or password.

EAC Instructions

First-Time Visit:

To enter EAC go to

  1. As a first-time user, click Link Account.
  2. If you are prompted to do so,enter your AIU email address and password. (Refer to ‘Your AIU Email Address’ above.)
  3. Enter your Employee #. (Refer to ‘Your Employee #’ above.)
  4. Enter your Birth Date (ex. mm/dd/yyyy).
  5. If it's not grayed out,click the Generate Plus UID button.
  6. Enter your AIU email address (ex. ).
  7. Click Save.
  8. Click the link below the Save button entitled Click here to return to EAC.
  9. You will be prompted for your User ID and Password which are the same as your AIU email address and password. User ID will be the first part of your AIU email address; typically your first name, a period, then your last name (ex. john.doe).
  10. Click Login.
  11. When finished in EAC, click LOGOUT located on the top right-hand portion of your screen.

Subsequent Visits:

To enter EAC go to

  1. You will be prompted for your User ID and Password which are the same as your AIU email address and password. User ID will be the first part of your AIU email address; typically your first name, a period, then your last name (ex. john.doe).
  2. Click Login.
  3. When finished in EAC, click LOGOUT located on the top right-hand portion of your screen.

Login Problems: If you encounter any problems with logging in to EAC, you must call the AIU Help Desk at 1- 877-248-8878 for assistance.

Once Logged in to EAC

To access Demographic Information:

•Click the Demographic Information link under Employee Tasks and a page with some of your demographics will display on the screen.

•If any of your information needs to be changed, click the Edit link at the top of the page and a new page will display that allows you to type new information.

To access Payroll Check Information:

•Click the Payroll Checks link under Employee Tasks and a history of your payroll checks dating as far back as January 1, 2006 will display on the screen.

•Click the number of the check/direct deposit slip you would like to view and a copy of that check will open as a PDF file. You may then view, save or print the file.

To access W2 Information:

•Click the Print W2s link under Employee Tasks and a history of your W2 forms dating back to 2006 will display on the screen.

•Click the available year of the W2 you would like to view and a copy of that form will open as a PDF file. You may then view, save or print the file.
