Elkhart, IN (October 25, 2012) –ASA Electronics, an international manufacturer and supplier of premium RV audio and video electronics and appliances is pleased to announce they have expanded their partnership with Atlas Trailer Coach Products. Atlas is now stocking service inventory of ASA’s JENSEN® audio, video and Voyager® observation products to better support the ASA Hassle-Free warranty program. RV dealers in Canada are now able to quickly receive JENSEN and Voyager warranty replacement parts to help get their customers back on the road faster than ever before. Atlas currently maintains additional “for warranty” inventory on ASA’s line of JENSEN and Voyager RV specific electronics that are used by nearly every RV manufacturer. Atlas is also the exclusive Canadian distributor of ASA’s Advent brand of RV air conditioners and heat pumps.
ASA’s unique Hassle-Free Warranty program has instilled confidence in dealers by giving them the peace of mind knowing that warranty inventory is available in Atlas’s eastern and western Canadian DCs, enabling for faster turnaround times. The Hassle-Free Warranty program is easy to take advantage of as dealers simply contact ASA tech services via a toll-free number. If it is determined that the product is defective, ASA immediately authorizes Atlas to ship the replacement from a Canadian Distribution Center. ASA also pays the dealers direct for their labor and at their posted labor rates within two weeks.
