Emailing Prospective Student Posting and Sending Flyers

Hello,

Thank you for agreeing to help spread the word about UMSEP. Below is the email you can forward to prospective students that would greatly benefit from this program. Please insert the group’s name or an individual’s name in the heading and your name in the signature (both areas are in red text.) The recommended subject title would be the following: “Exciting Summer Healthcare Internship!” However, feel free to change the title to your liking. Before you send the email, please to the email. This will reduce redundancy when we send out emails and help the UM SEP staff keep track of who is being targeted.

Additionally, the UM SEP flyer is attached to this email. You can print the flyer on regular paper or UM SEP can provide you with color flyers on cardstock paper. If you prefer the latter, please email me your address and the amount you need.

Thank you.
