ACCOMMODATION: The Summer School’s accommodation is almost fully booked. Be prepared to research and book your own accommodation and attend the summer school as a day visitor. Terms & Conditions

TC1 Fees paid are for tuition and music provided by CoMA and Allcomers Music and the use of facilities and accommodation provided by Orkney Islands Council and St Magnus Cathedral

TC2 If you wish to amend your accommodation choice please notify us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that all requests will be fulfilled.

TC3 Your place will only be reserved once a completed application form and your deposit or payment in full has been received.

TC4 If we cannot initially offer you a place, we will put your name on the waiting list and hold your payment. We will notify you should a place become available. If you have been put on the waiting list, you may withdraw at any time and your payment will be returned to you.

TC5 All fees must be paid in pounds sterling.

TC6 An administration charge equivalent to any bank charges incurred by CoMA and Allcomers Music, will be applied to bookings received from persons outside the UK

TC7 If you have been accepted onto the course and we are advised of your cancellation by 10th June 2017 we will refund your fees, less the deposit. If you cancel your place on or after 11th June 2017 your fees will be forfeited.

TC8 We strongly advise you to take out suitable holiday and instrument insurances. CoMA and Allcomers Music will not accept responsibility for loss of or damage to any personal possessions, however caused.

TC9 CoMA and Allcomers Music will not be liable for any loss suffered by you resulting from any event which is beyond the reasonable control of CoMA and Allcomers Music. A limit of the fees paid will apply to any compensation claims.

TC10 We reserve the right to change without notice the tutors and course details.

TC11 By signing this application form you accept the obligation to respect all copyright and other intellectual property rights belonging to, and provided by CoMA and Allcomers Music.

TC12 We reserve the right to make amendments to the course or exclude individuals in the event of actual or potential health risks to others.

TC13 We shall accept no liability for the cancellation of the CoMA Allcomers Music Summer School due to insufficient bookings or any cause beyond our reasonable control.

TC14 These Terms and Conditions and the CoMA Allcomers Music Summer School application form constitute the terms of the legally binding contract between CoMA and Allcomers Music (“We”) and you for tuition and music. If any clause in this contract is found to be illegal or unenforceable, that clause will be deemed deleted from the contract and the remaining terms will remain in force.

TC15 This contract shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and subject to the jurisdiction of the English and Welsh courts.

TC16 Personaldataobtained in connection with yourbooking is held on computer andin hard copy and we use thisdata in connection with providing theCoMA Allcomers Music Summer School. This includes sharing it with Papdale Halls of Residence and with our agents and sub-contractors. Weuse our best endeavours toprotect suchdata.By signing the CoMA Allcomers Music Summer School Application Form you consent to the collection, processing and retention of your personal data for the purposes and in the manner described above. Your personal data will not be provided to other organisations.
