BulgarianTradeAssociationofManufacturersandOperatorsintheGamingIndustry (BTAMOGI) – Theproject “ResponsibleGaming” isaninitiativeoftheBulgarianTradeAssociationofManufacturersandOperatorsintheGamingIndustry (BTAMOGI).The project aims to promotesocially responsible behavior of businesses, related to preventing the development of gambling addiction, to inform the public about the risks of unreasonable game and teach responsible behavior in games.
  3. DanoneSerdika– In 2009, DanoneSerdikaandFoundation “DimitаrBerbatov” launchedajointprojectforsocialcareforthechildrenofBulgaria, “ActiveandHealthy”. The project aims to promote physical activity as part of a healthy lifestyle. The funds to support the initiative were raised from the sale of Danone products. As a result, an amount of 243386 BGN was donated for the restoration of sports grounds and halls, construction of new sports facilities and introduction of additional sporting activities in schools.
  4. E.ONBulgaria –For its fifth anniversary on the Bulgarian market, the company initiated an overall concept entitled “My energy for change”. This concept aims to increase awareness and promote energy efficient behavior of electricity consumers.
  5. ProcterGamble–Forasecondconsecutiveyear, thecampaign “Chanceforlife, chancefornewmemories” aimed to raise social awareness and solidarity to enable prematurechildren and children born at risk every year in Bulgaria to receive support through donations and educational activities. To achieve so, Procter & Gamble equipped with 41 pulse oximeters for newborns 35 of the largest maternity wards in 27 Bulgarian towns.   6. M-tel -M-Tel Application FactoryisthefirstBulgariancontestforapplicationsforAndroid platform,whichstartedonMay 3rd, 2010. The contest is organized by Mobiltel together with an exclusive partnership with HTC. The competition aims to stimulate national computer programmers to develop applications that meet the needs of the market in Bulgaria. The winner in the challenge received the grand prize of 20000 BGN, whereas those who ranked in the top 5 will receive cash bonuses totaling 30000 BGN.Чуйте

AESGalabovo - Theproject “ImprovingtheinfrastructureofObruchishtevillage” ispartoftheprogramofAES “Partnershiptoimprovethequalityoflife”, which is a component of the corporate social policy of the company. Within the project in 2010, public buildings and roads were renovated in Obruchishte village, municipality Galabovo, which is inhabited by 2000 people.
  2. Anubis-Bulvest – The literary competition for teachers-authors is an initiative of publishing house “Anubis” and publishing house “Bulvest 2000” in partnership with Sega newspaper. The contest was first held in 2009 and due to its great success a second edition followed in 2010. Teachers from schools and kindergartens across the country were invited to participate with their works – poems, short stories and essays. The best works, selected by a prestigious jury, were published in two collections and presented at official premieres.

ARTEKSEngineering–“ARTEKSENGINEERING” AD is an active and optimistic company that believes in the potential of young people.The project “The young people of Bulgaria” aims to provide adequate assistance in a timely manner to young people in difficulty, while promoting their independence, spiritual, intellectual, creative and professional development in the long run. The project is an expression of the civil engagement of the company and once again reflects its creative philosophy for specificity, flexibility and viability of any venture.
  4. ARTEKS Engineering–The objective of the project "Infrastructure" carried out by "ARTEKS ENGINEERING" AD is to create a comfortable, aesthetic and well-maintained environment. "ARTEKS Engineering" AD always sees the realization of their projects in the context of the given area as well as the capital as a whole. The overall enrichment of the environment within which the company operates, derives from its civil engagement. Improving the infrastructure of Sofia, which is becoming increasingly occupied with buildings, is an urgent and long-term task.

AstraZeneca Bulgaria - The project "Increasing public awareness of the risk of cardiovascular disease"is implemented by AstraZeneca to increase knowledge about cardiovascular risk factors among the population and to increase adherence to recommendations for a healthy lifestyle and treatment of patients, who have suffered a cardiovascular accident and determine quantitatively the extent to whichthe cholesterol in patients with increased cardiovascular risk in the country is monitored and controlled.
  6. BellaBulgaria – “Moresecureplacesforhappygames” isalongterminitiativeof “BellaBulgaria” for the construction of new playgrounds forchildren in the country. They arecreatedaccordingtoaproject in full compliance with the national and European requirements. The locations where the playgrounds are built are entirely chosen by parents on the specialized website
  7. BNP Paribas – The project “A day out of the orphanage” aims to support children in nursing homes who are deprived of parental care. Their status as needy is considered a cause of the numerous problems that these children face in school and their every day communication with other people. Socialization is essential.
  1. Chelopech Mining–Particularly significant to "Chelopech Mining" EAD is the projectto restorethe temple"St. Nicholas Marlikiyski Thaumaturge" inChelopechvillage, which carries uniquehistory andculture. The reconstruction andrestoration helped the churchregainits originalbrilliance. The project marked the 175thanniversary since the creation of the temple.
  2. E.ONBulgaria –The project OneE.ON was conducted within a week and with the voluntary help of its employees the company carried out a series of initiatives. The project focused on the societyand how to contributeto its benefitin line with the corporate cultureofE.ONGroup.The project includedactivities greatly improving the appearance of parts of the work and living places of the company’s employees.
  3. Eurofootball – Throughthecampaign “Choosetoexercise”, “Eurofootball” finances 13 projectsforreconstructionandrenovationofsportsfieldsin 11 locations. Sports events were held in three towns. The campaign created opportunities to leadan active lifestyle, make the best out ofleisure time and increase awareness and commitment to sports. The initiative is part of the major social project of “Eurofootball”, “Winning and Helping”. The main partner in its implementation is the Workshop for Civic Initiatives Foundation.
  4. Happy Bar & Grill - Happy is a long term partner of UNICEF Bulgaria. As a socially responsible company, Happyembraces the opportunity to support UNICEF in all activities that will permanently change the lives of thousands of children in Bulgaria. The partnership develops through corporate donations, payroll donations, volunteering and raising society’s awareness of "Foster Care" through all possible channels in restaurants and raising money from customers.
  5. Kamenitza AD - The campaign "Alcohol is a Bad Driver" is part of thelong-term socially responsible policy of "Kamenitza" AD, which aims to inform about the risks of drunk driving and create responsible behaviour on the road. In 2010, the campaign was held for a third consecutive year in close cooperation with the Ministry of Interior, the Police, UBA and other partners.
  6. KamenitzaAD–The project "My city-My Home"is part of the long-termsocially responsiblepolicy of "Kamenitza"ADto be empathetic to the problems of the communities where we live and work. In 2010,40 employeesfrom theheadquartersandBreweryHaskovosupported the programfor occupational therapyin the home forelderlyin the city. In October,70 employees of "Kamenitza"ADtook part in thecultivation ofthe urban environmentof Plovdiv.
  7. Mobiltel–M-telisthe first company tolaunch "Corporate volunteeringas a form ofteam building" amongits employees.With the supportof the Bulgarian Charities Aid Foundation, a list ofover 30towns in the country was generated and updated monthly with detailed information aboutthe number ofvolunteers needed at different locations. The materialswere provided byM-tel, whereas the formation of teams,organization and operationwere a responsibility of theemployees.
  8. MotorolaBulgaria– Theproject aims tohelp create an archiveofthenationalmathematicsheritage. The donation is for equipment for the international conference dedicated to the Bulgarian mathematics leaders – Obreshkov and Chakalov – pioneers in contemporary mathematics education and research, as well as in the support of the 23rd National Olympics for Computer Science in Veliko Turnovo.
  9. Postbank – Thecauseofthenationalcampaign “CrosssafelywithPostbank” isdirectedtoprotecthumanlifeandpreventaccidents. The message of the financial institution is addressed to all users – to be more responsible on the road. Within the project, the bank restores missing cross walk markings. “Cross safely” is implemented in partnership with the Traffic policeand in close cooperation with municipalities that are included in the project.
  10. RaiffeisenBank Bulgaria– RaiffeisenBank is a leading universal bank and financial group with history in the country of over 15 years. The donation campaign of Raiffeisen Bank “Choose to Help”is designed to provide real support for sustainable projects in four areas of public life - healthcare, the social sphere, environment conservation, culture and education. It also aims to integrate the employees of Raiffeisen Group in Bulgariain the charity initiatives of the bank, celebrate their work contribution to the profit of the Group, and stimulate the development of charity as a moral value to people - employees and customers.
  11. RosaImpex– ThecompanyRosaImpexlaunchedanationalcharitycampaign, “Forone moreBulgarianchild”,on the eve of March 3rd, 2009. Thecauseaimedtosupport 37 Bulgariancoupleswithreproductiveproblemswithinayear. Majorsourceforfinancingthecampaignis 148000 BGN, donatedfromthesaleof 250 products “RosaImpex”. The lucky couples were drawn in the presence of notary, representatives of the foundation “I want a Baby” and the association “Conception” – partners in the generous initiative of “Rosa Impex”.

Vivacom – Creating theVIVACOMInstitute forChildren'sMental Health andDevelopmentin Sofiais part ofthelong-termsocial agendaof thetelecomto support children withautism, dyslexiaand other specificpsychiatric conditions.Themainresponsibilityof the Institute is to perform consultation,diagnosis andtreatment ofchildrenwith mentalproblems such asautism, dyslexia, hyperactivity, etc., to offer regular trainingof specialists as well as teachersand parents of childrenwith problemsand createinformational materialsformore effective communicationon the subject.
  13. Sanofi Aventis–Theproject“Matters of Health”consistsofcreatingacircletoexchangeideasandexperiencesonimportant healthcare issues. Thecirclegathers 150 keyfigures – membersrepresenting differentfieldsofhealthcare – administrativeinstitutions, hospitals, professionalandacademicorganizations,medicalschools and patients associations. The chief goal of “Matters of Health” is to initiate and maintain discussions and through in-depth dialogue, within two Round tables annually, to offer a discussion of important issues through the prism of the Bulgarian and foreign point of view – opinions of experts from other European countries who have already come across similar problems.

  1. AESGalabovo - "TechnicalprojectforcleaningriverSokolitsa" referstotheproblemofsystematicfloodingdue to heavyrainsin riverSokolitsa, whichpassesthroughObruchishtevillage. AES commissioned the development of hydro-geological survey about the current condition of the riverbed and its overall design (technical design) with specific measures to improve the flow of the river, to clean the riverbed andto eliminate the major problem of the residents of Obruchishte villagein the long run.
  2. AES Galabovo - The eco-club “Sky of Butterflies”is part of the CSR of the company and includes theoretical and practical activities for children between 7 and 14 years. The activities are related toenvironmental protection and sustainable development – exhaustible resources on the planet, global warming and the need for recycling, renewable energy sources, biodiversity, protected territories and others.Classes are entirely based on the method "learning from experience" and include games, discussions and presentations.
  3. ARTEKSEngineering –The Project"Ecologyand sustainable development" ofARTEKSEngineeringtakes placeannually and ensures thatthe company’spracticesareentirely committedto the mission forsustainable building:energy efficient, environmentallysustainableandmutually beneficial.The project offersa real contributionto the conservation ofeco-balancein and outside the areaof construction, and leadsto a significantreduction inhousehold spendingdue to reduced energy consumption.Eachbusiness planwould beuntenable, if practices to ensurelower energy consumptionand lower use of resourcesare not implemented and/or if the plan does not encourageresponsible attitudesof consumers towardsthe problems ofenvironmental and climate change.

Theobjectiveoftheproject’sprogramistobepracticalandfeasible, offering advice and solutions on how each one of us can contribute to making a change – at home and the workplace – to protect our planet.
  6. Coca-Cola Bulgaria - "My Green City" is a long-term CSR initiative ran by Coca-Cola in Bulgaria in partnership with the Bulgarian Society for the Protection of Birds and the Sofia Municipality. The focus of the initiative is protecting the water resources and biodiversity with the ultimate goal to reduce carbon dioxide emissions in the city.The organizers aim to have a growing number of citizens committed to nature conservation by engaging them in events about environmental protection and by showing how each of us must stop polluting.
  7. GLOBUL - In 2008 GLOBUL announced its strategy for environmental sustainability GLOBUL Green. Since then the company is focused on its green practices, not only because of the global trendsbut also because of the company’s database of regular surveys conducted among the Bulgarianpublic.Thesurveys suggest thatmore people identify environmentalprotection as asignificantfor them matter and classify it immediately after the importance of childcare and disadvantaged people.GLOBUL Green is a set of long-term projects aimed primarily at: responsible use of resources and materials, development and supply of sustainable products and services as well as public-private partnerships for the implementation of national long-term projects with high importance for environmental protection.

Chamber ofArchitects inBulgaria–The electroniccompetition forsustainable architecturein Bulgaria2010,was organized byCABto promote ecological construction.The innovativeandefficientelectronic formatof the competitionminimized theadverse environmental impact. The distinguished buildingswere:the Anglo-American School of Sofia,the Administrative building of the U.S. Embassy, the newterminal at thePlovdivairport.The winningprojectwas presentedat the exhibitionon sustainable architectureorganized byACEin the European Parliamentand in Bozar hall, BrusselswhereMinisterRosenPlevneliev was invited to give his recognition of the project.
  9. Postbank - "Green Start with Postbank", launched in 2009, united the bank and its employees to conduct allprocesses of the financial institution in an environmentally friendly manner.In 2010 "Green Start" aimed to analyze and minimize the negative impact of the bank on the environment.The strategy “Reduce” has been implemented.The bank's actions and the contributions of its employees led to concrete results showing a significant reductionin energy consumption, paper cost and carbon footprint of the financial institution.This was achieved with specific changes to the environmental policy of the bank, inspired by the employees who focused on the small actionsthat everyone can take to help.

Bella Bulgaria-The project"BellaAcademy" aims to develop a training center of its own, including trainingrooms, a computer laband a library.Implementation of the projectincludes structuring and developing a wide portfolio oftrainingtopics, comprisingbothgeneralbusiness and commercial skillsandcomputertraining forspecializedsoftwareand office. The projectis addressed toofficialsat various levelsin the organization andprovides opportunity forcontinuousprofessional growthand development ofkeycommercial and businessskills.
  3. CEZBulgaria–ProjectCEZGroupinBulgaria – aguaranteeforprofessionalismandcommitmenttohumancapital. Priority of CEZ Group in Bulgariais to provide the necessary conditions and environment for professional, career and personal development for all employees in the name of improving business. The programs of the project are developed and are implemented with the goal to include everyone in the corporate culture and values of CEZ – from the intern to the manager. From 2008 until now CEZ Group trained 4527 employees, conducted 297 trainings and allocated a total of 4824 days for training.
  4. E.ONBulgaria – thecompanyleadsaconsistentpolicytoimposestrictstandardsforsafetyandimprovetheworkingconditionsforitsemployees. Launched in early 2009 the project “Without compromising safety”, continued successfully with a number of initiatives in 2010. As a result of the project’s activities there has been an increased personal commitment of the company’s management to achieve and maintain high safety standards. The employees and their families were involved in numerous activities to strengthen their conviction that their personal safety will not be compromised. The project led to positive results in terms of reducing the number of accidents in the company.
  5. Hewlett-Packard Bulgaria – In the end of last year, Hewlett-Packard and the Bulgarian government signed a Memorandum of Understanding to identify the opportunities for expansion and investment of HP in Bulgaria, which provides2000 new job openings. The project enables young professionals to gain experience in an international environment by working in a team with leading companies, clients of HP. With regard to the project, HP will extend its partnership with leading universities, thus contributing to a smooth adjustment for graduating specialists into the business world.
  6. ITCE - The project of ITCE aims to unite the employees of the company by maintaining sport spirit because most valuable for a company are the employees, not as separate entities but as a unit called TEAM.In 2010, employees of ITCE participated in the first edition of the IT Championship football tournament 2010.For a period of seven months, every Monday the football team of ITCE,supported by fellow employee fans, faced their rivals.The team building bike tour ITCE is held for a fourth consecutive year. With the bike tour, the company proves that if adapted to a given environment a team bonds most easily and quickly. ITCE will organize a bike tour for team building for a fifth consecutive year.

  8. Zagorka S.A. - CAN – Career Advance Nudge is a talent development program for Sales Representatives with excellent performance. The main objective of this program is to create a common definition for talent at Sales Representative level and to identify the competency gap between this and the next level within the sales organization. Further on the aim of the program is to identify among the Sales Representatives those to be nominated as talents and to further develop them so that we can ensure the availability of a pool of candidates with certain set of competencies required for positions at the next level within the sales organization.
