This is a fantastic opportunity for a Mobile Commercial Gas and Plumbing Engineer to join a market leading, Specialist Services organisation, based in Bestwood Village, Nottingham.

Due to this growth,a permanent full-time engineer is sought for planned maintenance, callout response and repairs to gas in offices and commercial properties nationwide. Our Facilities Management division provides both planned and reactive integrated building services maintenance for some of the UK’s leading organisations.
The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator, diligent and skilled with demonstrable previous experience, whilst the ability to work at height is a prerequisite.

Summary of Role:
- Undertake maintenance tasks, callout response & repair of all types of gas heating and plumbing
- Efficiently maintain and repair plant/equipment
- To carry out diagnostic checks andfault finding
- Maintain planned preventative maintenance paperwork
- To identify areas for additional works within and out of the specified contractual requirements
- To understand, complete all work related documentation accurately on time and to exceed the customers’ expectations
- To understand and comply with policies and procedures
- To carry out work in a safe and diligent manner
- To comply with all Health and Safety policies and procedures
- To attend and fully participate in training and appraisal activities as required
- To undertake additional duties in line with capabilities as required
- UK travel is required
Requirements:
- Gas Safe
- COCN1, MET1, CCN1, CEN1, CKR1, HTR1, CDGA1, CIGA1, CODNCO1, CORT1,UVHW
- NVQ Plumbing
- Must be willing to work at height
- A good general experience in working in occupied premises
- A comprehensive understanding of Health & Safety procedures
- The ability to communicate at all levels
- IT literate
- Clear oral and written communicator
- A customer focused approach
- To be available for callout rota
- Full UK driving licence
