Sub: Indo-Europe Reverse Buyer Seller Meet.
We are pleased to inform you that EEPC INDIA, Sponsored by Ministry of Commerce & Industry, Government of India is organizing Indo-Europe Reverse Buyer Seller Meet at New Delhi, Bangalore and Ahmedabad on 8th, 10th & 12th March respectively.
EEPC India is inviting Importers, Buyers, Dealers, Distributors and Wholesalers of engineering products from European countries. Manufacturers who regularly purchase parts, components and other accessories for their end products are also welcome to participate. The maximum number of delegates invited from the European countries is 15.
This event would provide an excellent opportunity to participants from the above countries to have business meetings with quality Indian manufacturers and exporters of engineering goods on a one to one basis in areas of their specific business interest. Indian participants will be selected on the basis of the areas of interest of the participating delegates from the above countries.
To encourage the participants from these countries, EEPC India is offering the following incentives to the delegates:
1. Cost of Hotel accommodation for 6 nights (excluding refreshments, liquor, laundry, telephone calls and any other services) i.e. from 7th to 12th March, 2010. Cost of any additional stay will be borne by the delegates.
2. Cost of air-travel between two venues within India.
3. Professional interpreters, if needed, to facilitate communications between the participants.
4. Transfer Airport-Hotel-Airport.
5. Transport will be provided from Hotel to the Venue and back to Hotel, once each at the beginning and end of the business sessions every day.
6. Lunch and refreshments would be provided to the delegates at the venue.
Kindly note that the above incentives will be provided only for one person per company.
The selected and confirmed delegates would be informed of their staying and transfer arrangements in India in due course of time.

10.03.2010 / Wednesday / RBSM at Bangalore and night stay
11.03.2010 / Thursday / Departure for Ahmedabad
12.03.2010 / Friday / RBSM at Ahmedabad and departure
In the Business Meet, each overseas participant will have an exclusive area for interaction
with the Indian exporters where one to one meetings would take place as per a predetermined schedule.
The participant will be required to fill up the enclosed Registration Form and make sure of the registration.
The last date for sending the Registration Form is 31st January, 2010.
