As a YMCA camp, we build strong kids, strong families, and strong communities and are committed to changing the world, one child at a time. It takes a very special person to work in the camp setting. Our staff members are not only counselors in a cabin, but act as nurses, teachers, psychologists, parents, and friends. To maintain our high standards of hiring a mature, honest, respectful, and hard-working staff, we ask that you provide us with an honest reference as to the abilities and personality of the potential staff member.
