Registration Information

Elite Sports Complex” at 6360 S Belmont Rd in Downers Grove, is the home of SOKOL CHICAGOLAND for the 2018-2019 season. We will be starting our 60th year and as in the past, we will have trained/certified instructors and assistants. We have planned a well-rounded gymnastics program for both beginners and advanced gymnasts. We also include in our program track and field, rhythmic gymnastics, conditioning, calisthenics, exhibition and district Sokol Day [awards, exhibition, games and picnic]

Below is a breakdown of fees for the coming season:

Functional Fitness, Returning $150, New $165 1st Child Returning Gymnast $375

Adult Gymnast, Returning $200, New $215 1st Child New Gymnast $390

*Annual returning Unit Membership $50 2nd Child Returning/new Gymnast $635

*Annual New Unit Membership $65 3rd Child Returning/new Gymnast $845

First, to register your child, one parent or guardian must fill out the annual registration form. The annual $50 or $65 fee is included in each gymnast fee above. As a benefit you will get the American Sokol magazine and become an associate member of Sokol.

ALL FEES ARE PAYABLE AT THE TIME OF REGISTRATION. THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS AT ANY TIME. No one will be refused due to the inability to pay.

Please make checks payable to: Sokol Chicagoland. One check may cover the entire family and must accompany enrollment forms. Gymnasts will not be permitted to participate in class until payment has been made. Payment plans are allowed. (Please use separate enrollment forms for each registrant.) Check out our website:

Class size will be limited. Open registration will be held on Friday, September 7, 2018 at Elite Sports Complex for all classes on a first come, first served basis, from 7:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

*Unit Membership entitles adult members to attend monthly unit meetings, participate in discussion of unit policies, and hold voting privileges. A Unit Member does not actively attend gym classes. Associate members are encouraged to become unit members.

2018-2019 CLASS SCHEDULE

1st Class Girls / Boys6-8 Years of Age (grades 1-3) 6:30-7:30pm

2nd Class Girls/ Boys9-11 Years of Age (grades 4-6) 7:30-9:00pm

Junior Girls/ Boys12-17 Years of Age (grades 7-12) 7:30-9:00pm

Women/Men 18 + Years of Age- Functional Fitness 9:00-10:00pm

Women/ Men18+ Years of Age MONDAY NIGHTS (10th) 8:30-10:00pm

Unless otherwise specified, the Sokol season runs from September through May.
