Hint:P ( A B ) = 0.65 means A or B or both is the sum of all the numbers in A, B

(b)P(A) = 0.54P(B) = 0.33

(c)

(d)P(A) = 0.54P(B) = 0.33

P(A) x P(B)= 0.54 x 0.33

= 0.1782

P(A B )= 0.22

Therefore the events A,B are not independent
