Exciting things have begun at Epworth Forest Conference Center. Our Indiana Conference UMC is launching a capital campaign, "Building Discipleship Centers", where the lead goal is to develop a new learning and worship space that will replace the existing auditorium. Initial interest with donors and supporters is very high in this early phase, there is great reason for excitement. To be clear though, the auditorium is not currently scheduled for demolition and will not be until all funds have been raised to build the new facility.
At First Thing, Bishop Coyner will be joining us to help us celebrate the many years and hundreds of thousands of lives that have been impacted in this auditorium that was built 90 years ago. He will also share the exciting vision of what is yet to come as our conference strives forward in making disciples for Jesus Christ.
