  • Score as well as please indicate the Winner
  • Innings Pitched forboth teams: Need first and last name of each girl who pitched from both teams (this info must be received before your scores will be posted online)
  • If you are playing an interleague game you do NOT need to include innings pitched
  • HOME team is responsible for reporting the above information.

Innings Pitched Rules – ECASA Only

  • 8u – 6 innings a week or 8 if there are 3 games.
  • 10u – 7 innings a week or 9 if there are 3 games
  • 12u – 1st half of the season 7 innings per week and 9 if there are 3 games. 2ndhalf of the season 10 innings per week and 12 if there are 3 games.
  • 16u unlimited

Innings Pitched Rules – Interleague

  • 8u –Players cannot pitch more than 2 consecutive innings and each team must pitch a minimum of two girls per game.
  • 10u – Pitchers cannot pitch more than 3 consecutive innings.
  • 12u - Pitchers cannot reenter the same inning.
  • 16u - Pitchers cannot reenter the same inning.

Run Rules

  • 8u/10u – 4 runs per inning
  • 12u/16u – 6 runs per inning

Other Information

Weeks are considered Monday thru Sunday

Delivering one pitch in an inning is considered pitching an entire inning

Interleague games do not count for innings pitched during that week (ONLY EC games count)

Home Team is Official Scorekeeper using the Official book and responsible for reporting the the required information.

Scores will not be posted until complete information is received

All information needs to be emailed to within 24 hours of game time. All information must be received before scores can be posted online. Please be prompt in sending in your scores so that rankings can be posted in a timely manner.

*East County ASA Rules with Division supplements on page 2 Section 1 Rule F:

Each team is required to report the final score and recorded pitcher’s outs to the League Head Scorekeeper or designated league agent within twenty-four (24) hours of the official end time for each game. The first four (4) games will be a grace period for each team to report scores in a timely manner, but a written warning will be given within this four (4) game grace period if scores are not reported, and a Letter of Suspension will be issued within this four (4) game grace period following a written warning. After the grace period has ended, failure to comply shall result in a one (1) game suspension for the coach to be served during the next regularly scheduled, played game for that team. Repeated offenses shall be dealt with in accordance with the ECASA Disciplinary Policy.
