Approval of the Competent Authority i.e (GM/ECoR/BBS) is hereby communicated for the Inter Divisional Own Request Transfer of Shri B.Satyanarayana Tech-II(Masoon) working under SSE(W)/TIG/SBP in Engg department of SBP division to WAT Division(Engg) on reversion as Tech-III at his own request on acceptance of bottom senority & subject to acceptance of following terms and conditions:

seniority condition on that date.

4. He is not eligible for any joining time, transfer passes and composite transfer grant

etc.

5. While releasing the staff concerned the following formalities may be complied with in terms

of Rly.Board’s Letter No.E(NG)I-2001/TR/16 dated 21.11.2001.(RBE No. 229/01)

(i)The release memorandum should have the photograph of the employee pasted on it duly attested in a manner that the signature of the releasing official and the rubber stamp below that appear partially on the photograph and partially on the paper outside the photograph.

(ii)Sparing memo should have the signature of the transferred employee and his thumb impression both of which should be duly attested by the officer signing the release memorandum/order with officer’s name and designation appearing below the signature.

6.Shri B.Satyanarayan.Tech-II(Mason)/TIG/SBP may be released to WAT Division for further

posting and under information to this office.

7.The date of effect may be intimated to this office for record.

1) In terms of Railway Board’s letter No. E(NG)/II/2005/RC-4/SC/2 Dtd- 01.06.2011 and RBE No. 119/2005, the paramedical staff are engaged on contract basis (General Duty) for a period upto 30.06.2012 or for a period of one year from the date of joining, subject to extension of validity of the scheme for contractual appointment of Paramedical staff by Railway Board or till to the vacant posts are filled up by RRB candidates whichever is earlier.. The daily rate of deduction from the remuneration for excess absence beyond the contract shall be on pro-rate basis.

2) The above full time engagement on contract basis with Railways will have no claim or right for continuance or automatic extension of the terms of contract or regularization etc.

3) The contract may also be terminated at any time during the contract period by giving thirty days notice from either side without assigning any reason thereof.

4) Unsatisfactory performance, mentally or physically incapacitation for the service may debar them to continue and make them liable for termination at short notice.
