On the matter of Parent Questionnaires this had been discussed at the PC meeting and draft questionnaires had been prepared and made available to PC members. Suggestions about its format and content were made and accepted. It was distributed via “pupil post” and at the 1st Year Parent Night.

Sheena McDonald to attend next PC Meeting on 15th January

4.  REVIEW OF RECENT EVENTS

Stars in Your Eyes

Hilary Morton in her absence had asked Michelle to thank everyone involved for their efforts on the night.

Points brought to attention for next years show:

·  Things had been rather hectic downstairs around the raffle table during the interval, it was

agreed that we need to ensure that a minimum of 3 people stay downstairs instead of counting the votes.

·  We need to organise a signalling process if microphones fail to work to help resolve problems quicker.

·  The videoing of acts may need to be done earlier to give time to check and edit.

·  Meet Janitor at 6.30pm to ensure keys for opening all areas are ready on time.

·  Number of microphones need to be checked before event.

Reminder – Could any payments outstanding for T-shirts please be brought to next meeting on 9th January and given to Sally.

It was agreed the night had been very successful, with good press coverage and definitely worth having the raffle.
