A team of officers of the Crime Branch led by Inspr. Vivek Pathak consisting of ASI Devender Singh, HC Yogesh, HC Mukesh and HC Om Parkash and HC Rajender under the supervision of ACP Narcotics Sh. Bir Singh and overall supervision of Addl. DCP Sh. Bhisham Singh has apprehended one person involved in trafficking of drugs and has recovered 2 KGs of fine quality Opium. The recovered opium is worth Rs. 2 Lakhs (Approximately) in the International Market.
Information was received on 29/10/2012 by ASI Devender Singh that a person namely Jagdish a resident of Badhmer, Rajasthan, is indulging in sale and supply of Opium in Delhi, Haryana and Punjab after procuring the same from Rajasthan. The information further entailed that Jagdish would be coming near KD Block, Pitampura in front of Kohat Metro Station, Pitampura, Delhi to deliver a huge consignment of Opium to one Kali between 11:30 AM to 12:30 AM. A trap was laid around Metro Station, Dwarka Morh, New Delhi and one person namely Jagdish Bishnoi S/o Sh. Arjun Ram Bishnoi R/o near Joshi Colony, Bhandiyawas Road, PS Balotara, Distt. Badhmer, Rajasthan was apprehended at 11:45 AM and 2 KGs of fine quality Opium was recovered from his possession. A Case vide FIR No. 257/12 dated 29.10.2012 U/s 18 of NDPS Act has been registered at PS Crime Branch.
Jagdish Bishnoi S/o Sh. Arjun Ram Bishnoi R/o near Joshi Colony, Bhandiyawas Road, PS Balotara, Distt. Badhmer, Rajasthan Age: 32 Yearswas subjected to intensive interrogation. During interrogation he has disclosed as under:
Jagdish is a young man of 32 years. He was born in village Bhimkamkaur, Badhmer, Rajasthan. His father owned a truck and used to drive it himself. Jagdish has three sisters. He is married and has two children. Jagdish has done Diploma in Pharmacy from Jodhpur, Rajasthan. In year 2002 he started a Chemist shop in Balotara, Rajasthan. He met Pushpraj and Oparam in social gatherings of Bishnoi sect. They are indulged in supply of Opium in Delhi, Haryana and Punjab under the garb of property dealing. They lured Jagdish in their business. On 29.10.2012 he came to Delhi to deliver a consignment of Opium to one Kali who is supposed to meet him near Metro station Kohat Enclave, Pitampura, Delhi but he did not turn up and Jagdish was apprehended red handed.
Further investigation of the case is in progress.

30 KGS OF LOSE PSUEDOEPHEDRINE TABLETS, ONE ROTARY TABLETING MACHINE, DIE & PUNCHES, RECOVERED.
PRICE OF RECOVERED PSUEDOEPHEDRIN TABLETS APPROXIMATELY RS. 12 LACS.
On 14-10 2012, a team of officers of the Crime Branch consisting of SI Shiv Darshan, SI Sunil Kumar, ASI Harcharan Singh, HC Kanwarpal, HC Jai Singh, Ct. Suresh, Ct. Neeraj and Ct. Atul Suhag under the supervision of Inspr. Rajesh Sharma had apprehended two persons namely Prem Kumar @ Manish, aged 35 yrs s/o Sh. Ilam Chand r/o Village Kutesara, PS Charatwal, Distt. Muzaffar Nagar, U.P. and Sonu Sehgal, aged 30 yrs s/o Harish Sehgal r/o 642/18, Gali No. 5, Ghanipura, Arya Nagar, Rohtak,who indulged in supply of pseudoephedrine tablets in Delhi and NCR region and recovered 30 kgs of loose pseudoephedrine tablets from them. The recovered pseudoephedrine tablets are worth Rs. 12 lacs (approximately) in the open market. A case vide FIR No. 245/12 under the appropriate sections of the NDPS Act was registered at PS Crime Branch and investigation was taken up.
Accused Prem Kumar was subjected to intensive examination. It was revealed that he has studied upto 12 class. Earlier he worked with a RMP and about 8-9 years back, he opened a clinic of his own. Meanwhile, he also started the supply of medicines. He used to get the loose medicines manufactured through Dayanand and Sanjay Dubey of Roorkee, Uttrakhand. Dayanand was earlier working as machine man and Sanjay Dubey was working as Chemist/production manager in Spectrum Formulation Private Ltd. Bhagwanpura, Roorkee.
On 17-10-2012, a raid was conducted along with local police from PS Bhagwanpura and Drug Inspector from the Drug Controller’s officeandDayanand s/o Sh.JamadarSinghr/oVillage Chitawa, PS Bichwa, Distt. Mainpuri, UP, age-22 yrs was apprehended at Bhagwanpura, Roorkee.SubsequentlySanjay Dubey s/o Sh. Dev Narain r/o H. No. 35, Sidharth Encalve, Ram Nagar, Roorkee, Uttrakhand. Age-33 yrs was also apprehended from the premises of Spectram Formulation Pvt. Ltd, Bhagwanpura, Roorkee, Distt. Hardwar, Uttrakhand. One Rotary Tableting machine, die & punches and two polythene bags containing 14 kgs and 500 gms of raw material, used in the manufacturing of recovered tablets, were also seized.
Accused Prem Kumar had procured 25 kgs of “Phenyl propalonamine”(banned salt) from one Manoj Verma of Roorkee, who deals in supply of pharmaceutical raw material. On 20-10-12, accused Manoj Verma s/o Sh. Chitrasen Verma r/o Dutt Mandir Choraha, Nihal Pur Mandi Road, Village Bijalpur, PS Rajinder Nagar, Distt. Indore, M.P. aged 33 yrswas arrested from Roorkee at the instance of Prem Kumar.Manoj Verma is alleged to have procured the said salt through one Vivek Goel of Staywell Formulations Pvt. Ltd. Bhagwanpur, Roorkee.The role of Vivek Goel is being probed.
Accused Sonu Sehgal was introduced to Prem Kumar by one Bimal Kishore, working as Marketing manager in Progen Nutraceaticals Pvt. Ltd. Panipat. On the directions of Bimal Kishore, Prem Kumar got pseudoephedrine tablets manufactured for Sonu Sehgal. Bimal Kishore had even checked the samples supplied by Prem Kumar and he had supplied similar medicines earlier to Sonu Sehgal and his associate Amit Kumar Maggu of Rohtak. On 24-10-2012, accused Bimal Kishore s/o Om Prakash Kaushal r/ 39C, Rani Ka Bagh, near Ravi Gas Agency, Amritsar, Punjab, aged-54 yrs was also arrested from Amritsar, Punjab.
Accused Sonu Sehgal and Amit Maggu of Rohtak, had earlier also supplied loose pseudoephedrine tablets in Delhi, Noida, Ghaziabad. One firm in the name of Amit Pharma, owned by Amit Maggu was being used by him and accused Sonu Sehgal for manipulating the bills and illegal supply of Pseudo ephedrine tablets to the North Eastern region. On 26-0-2012, Amit Maggu s/o Ranjeet Kumar Maggu r/o 680/25, Patel Nagar, Rohtak, Haryana, aged 32 yrs, was arrested. Several invoices/bills pertaining to purchase/sale of Pseudoephedrine tablets have been recovered from him. Further efforts are being made to identify the persons to whom Pseudoephedrine tablets were illegally supplied.

HC Prem Ram, Ct Ajay and Ct Manjeet received a secret information about the presence of proclaimed offender namelyBrij Mohan in the area of Ghaziabad, U.P. They laid a trap and apprehended him from Punjab Line Railway Colony, Ghaziabad, Delhi.

Involved in a case of murder of a Police Constable of Delhi Police.
Reward of Rs. 50,000/- had been declared for his arrest by Delhi Police.
A team of officers of Special Cell led by Inspr. Umesh Bhartwal and Inspr. Neeraj Kumar under the supervision of ACP Manishi Chandra have apprehended a dangerous and desperate inter state criminal. He is wanted in a case of a sensational murder of a Constable of Delhi Police which had occurred in the area of Police Station Bharat Nagar, North-West Distt., Delhi. A reward of Rs. 50,000/- had been declared for his arrest.
Information was received by Inspr. Umesh Barthwal that Arif S/o Iddu r/o Village Tikri Kheda Distt. Faridabad, Haryana and involved in the murder of Constable Naresh of Police Station Bharat Nagar, North-West Delhi is hiding in U.P. to evade the police dragnet. This information was further developed and on 29.10.2012 specific information was received that Arif is hiding at Mathura, U.P. Informers were deployed and Arif was apprehended from near a Cold storage at Naujheel, Mathura, U.P.
Arif @ Kainchu @ Jishan @ Jhabbu (aged 22 years) S/o Iddu R/o Village Tikri Kheda, PS Sector-55, Distt. Faridabad, Haryana was subjected to intensive interrogation. He disclosed that he alongwith his other associates had deliberately crushed Constable Naresh of Delhi Police to death in the area of Bharat Nagar, Delhi when Constable Naresh alongwith a Home Guard had tried to intercept their vehicle while they were absconding after lifting cattle from the area of North-West Delhi. A case of murder and attempt to murder had been registered at PS Bharat Nagar, Delhi.
Arif is an associate of criminals from Mewat region. The criminals hailing from this region are desperate and highly dangerous. They generally move out in groups of 6 to 10 usually in medium sized vehicles like Tata-407 but they have also been found to be using Mahindra Pick-up van, Innova, Xylo and Bolero etc. Such elements used to indulge in cattle lifting but now they have been found to be involved in all kinds of crime. Now, they indulge in crimes ranging from murder, dacoity, robbery, rape theft and assault on police men. They operate in Haryana, Delhi, U.P. and Rajasthan. On interception by police, they do not hesitate in opening fire at the police team or in crushing them to death.
Arif is illiterate and is previously involved in a case of Cattle Slaughtering Act of PS, Sec. 55, Faridabad, Haryana of the year 2009. His father is a farmer. Arif and his 5 brothers are engaged in cow slaughtering. One of his brothers Vakil is lodged in Neemka Jail Haryana and is involved in cases in Delhi and Haryana. He belongs to a gang led by a notorious criminal and are engaged mainly in cow slaughtering and do not hesitate in attacking anyone who comes in their way. They are so desperate that they commit any other crime if they fail in doing what they are looking for.
Arif has been apprehended under the appropriate section of law and the local police of Ps Bharat Nagar, North-West Delhi has been informed about his arrest.

AN ACTIVE INTER-STATE AUTOLIFTER KNOWN AS “NETAJI” ARRESTED
The staff of Police Station Punjabi Bagh, West District has arrested Rohan Singh @ Netaji, an active auto-lifter, who has stolen more than 100 cars & supplied in North-Eastern states. With his arrest, 4 cases of car thefts have been solved.

- One Maruti Esteem Car No. DL3CN 6586 stolen vide Case FIR No. 353/12 dated 16.10.12 U/S 379 IPC PS Nand Nagri, North-East District.
- One Hyundai I-10 Car No. UP14BE 7000 stolen vide Case FIR No. 991/12 dated 17/10/12 U/S 379 IPC PS Sec-20, Noida, UP.
- One Tata Indigo No. UP14CT 7108 stolen vide Case FIR No. 1098/12 dated 25/08/12 U/S 379 IPC PS Indirapuram, UP.
INCIDENT,TEAM AND ARREST
In the recent past, several incidents of auto thefts were reported in the area of West Delhi. In order to prevent these incidents and to nab the criminals involved in these cases, a team of staff of PS Punjabi Bagh, comprising of SI Sandeep Dabas, SI Manohar Lal, HC Naresh & CT Tasveer was constituted under the leadership of Inspr. Virender Dalal, SHO/Punjabi Bagh & overall supervision of Sh. Satish Yadav, ACP/Punjabi Bagh to collect information and bust the racket involved in these incidents. The team so formed worked relentlessly and collected details of several criminals with similar modus operandi and activated their secret informers to collect the information about the racketeers involved in these auto lifting cases.
The hard work of team bore fruit on 29.10.2012, a specific information was received through reliable sources to SI Sandeep Dabas that one Rohan Singh @ Netaji will cross through Punjabi Bagh area in a stolen car to dispose off. On the receipt of the afore-said information, as per the directions of senior officers, a special picket at Club Road, West Punjabi Bagh was laid down by the team and apprehended the accused person Rohan Singh @ Netaji by chasing him who was trying to flee away in a Santro car by seeing the police party on checking at the picket. On enquiry, the above Santro car No. DL8CJ 9198 driven by the accused person Rohan Singh @ Netaji was found to be stolen on the intervening night of 23-24 October, 2012 from Rani Bagh area and on his disclosure three more stolen cars i.e. Hyundai I-10, Tata Indigo & Maruti Esteem were also got recovered at his instance.
INTERROGATION
On sustained interrogation, the accused person Rohan @ Netaji disclosed that he basically belongs to Mathura, Uttar Pardesh & was running a Plywood Shop at Mathura, UP. He further disclosed that he got in contact with one Neeraj in Mathura & got addicted in the habit of gambling & liquor & as a result of it he failed in business. He further disclosed that as he was in great need of money to meet his desires & he along with Neeraj started committing crime of MV thefts. In year 2005, while delivering a stolen Scorpio car at Banaras area he was apprehended by UP Police & went to Mirza Pur Jail for a period of one year. Thereafter, in Jail he came in contact with One Bengali namely Rajesh @ Kala, who is a reciever of stolen cars and dispose off them in North-Eastern States. After releasing from Jail, he got married & due to family pressure started helping in plywood business. In year 2009, he got impressed with movie “JANNAT” & indulged himself into Cricket Match Satta in Western UP & To conceal his real identity, the accused Rohan Singh started introducing himself by the name of Netaji in Cricket Satta Market.For the purpose of earning money, he contacted Rajesh Bengali @ Kala & started supplying stolen cars to him in North-Eastern states @ 50-60 thousand each.He disclosed that at nights he used to come Noida from Mathura to enjoy night-life & while going back in morning, he started making car-theft. He further disclosed that he used to keep stolen cars with him & park them in Major Hospital/Metro parking areas. The accused Rohan @ Netaji further disclosed that he was well aware of Noida, Ghaziabad & adjoining Delhi border areas, he started stealing cars since 2009 and he had stolen more than 100 cars & supplied to Rajesh Bengali.
Staff involved in good work is being rewarded suitably.

WANTED IN KIDNAPPING FOR RANSOM CASE ARRESTED.
Dedicated PO Staff of PS Greater Kailash – I, South East District, New Delhi has arrested an absconding criminal namely Krishan Kumar @ Mali (36 Years) S/o Sh. Chand Ram R/o VPO Jhashwa, Police Station Salhawas, Distt. Jhajjar Haryana, who was declared Proclaimed Offender in case FIR No. 183/09 u/s 365/364A/120B IPC and 25 Arms Act PS Tilak Marg, New Delhi, vide order dated 24.02.2010, by the concerned hon’ble Court, Patiala House courts, New Delhi.
INCIDENTS/BRIEF FACTS:
On 21.7.2009 at about 11.00 AM complainant Sh. Ajai Kumar Garg R/o H.No. CII/33 Bapa Nagar, New Delhi had reported that his son Abhai Garg had left their house along with Mr. Ajay R/o 403, Sector 5, Pushap vihar on 20.7.2009 at about 1.30 PM to inspect some properties in Gurgaon, but he did not return home over night. In the morning at about 6 AM on 21.7.2009 he received a telephone call from the wife of Ajay stating that her husband and your son has been kidnapped by some miscreants from Gurgaon. She also told that her husband Ajay came to her house and taken Rs. one lac and some ornaments and also took their two children. Again at 8 AM when the complainant was going to Ajay’s house for making the enquiries a call came from Ajay’s phone saying that he has been freed after some warnings and financial transactions, but Abhai is still with them. Further enquiries from Ajay’s wife revealed that he has gone to Gurgaon alongwith Sh. Satyanarayan owner of Prem and Prime properties to see properties. Since they did not get any information about Abhai, they requested immediate action. Therefore a case FIR No. 183/09 u/s 365 IPC PS Tilak Marg, New Delhi was registered on 21.7.2009 and investigation was taken up. During the course of investigation accused 1) Ajay S/o Sh. Raghubir Singh R/o 403, Sector 5, Pushap Vihar New Delhi, 2) Vijay Kumar S/o Sh. Maha Singh R/o Dhani Phogat PS Charkhi Dadri, distt. Bhiwani Haryana and 3) Jitender Kumar @ Jeetu S/o Hari Ram R/o Sahadat Nagar Naya Gaon, PS Kosli Distt. Rewari Haryana were arrested in the case who are in judicial custody and case is pending trial. Accused Krishan Kumar @ Mali S/o Sh. Chand Ram R/o VPO Jhashwa, Police Station Salhawas, Distt. Jhajjar Haryana was absconding and could not be arrested. Thus he was declared proclaimed offender in case FIR No. 183/09 u/s 365/364A/120B IPC and 25 Arms Act PS Tilak Marg, New Delhi, vide order dated 24.02.2010, by the concerned court, Patiala House court, New Delhi.
