Please DO NOT hand out any summer camp, clinic, and etc. information without checking with me first. I have no problem allowing teams in the league passing their information out. But I WILL NOT allow outside groups to come and bother the kids without my approval. Please let Bill or Brenda Collins know if this occurs.

·  Every team makes the playoffs and it is a single elimination, best 3 out of 5 MATCH play format.

·  Each team is scheduled for 5 matches during Regular Season.

·  Regular season matches are 5 games, rally scoring to 21 points (start at 4 playing to 25 - win by 2) and ALL GAMES COUNT EQUALLY.

·  All matches will start on time. Forfeit time will be the start of the match with subsequent games being forfeited every 10 minutes.

·  For the 630pm matches, if the 5th game has not started and it is 745pm or later, the 5th game will be to 15. Same thing goes for the 8pm matches with the time constraint being 915pm.

·  PIAA rules – 1 re-toss per term of service for HS divisions and 1 re-toss per serve for CYO division

·  Minimum of 5 players required to play but if 6 are present, 6 must be used. No loss of rally when time comes for alleged GHOST position to serve. The other 5 players will rotate in a predetermined order and play accordingly.

·  No rosters or uniforms.

·  NO JEWELRY - NO EXCEPTIONS. No tape or band aids covering the earrings.

·  Warm up time will be a total 4 minutes per team (this includes serving)

·  Game balls and scoresheets (scratch scoring) will be provided. Warm up volleyballs will not be provided.

·  Each team will provide 1 person to keep score/work the table. It may be a parent.

·  There will be a snack bar for the players, coaches and fans. Pretzels, candy, soda, water and sports drink will be available for purchase (except for St. Kevin’s)

The teams would greatly appreciate every person coming into PSU Brandywine entering the building by the main doors. Please do not enter by the side doors (or through the auxiliary gym during playoffs). There are matches being played and it is not fair to those people playing to have to wait for people to walk across the courts or through the gyms to continue to play. Thank you for your cooperation in this matter.

Thanks and most importantly have fun!
