PLEASE NOTE: Funding is predicated on your agreement to be involved with the Language In Motion (LIM) program during the duration of the grant period (2014-2019)—which is to say that you will work with the Program Coordinator, Kristen Mullins, to bring Middlebury College students to your classroom to offer content-rich presentations that are meaningful for your students and that enhance your curriculum.These students will be international students, students who have studied and/or lived abroad, and/or upper level language students. In each instance the Middlebury College students will undergo a training program before their presentations and no presentations will take place without your approval of both the content and the student presenter.

Please also note that professional development funding/scholarship income is taxable income except under specific circumstances for degree seeking students. A completed W9 will be required of all grant recipients.

If funded, you may be asked to share your experience with colleagues in Addison County as well as with colleagues in other sites who are participating in LIM programs.
