Assume charge nurse role with responsibility for short term staffing decisions.

Responsible for primary caseload of pediatric patients receiving chemotherapy, pain management, antibiotic/parenteral nutrition therapy in home settings. Performed ongoing assessments, care plan revision and interventions for long term patients. Collaborated with home care services, agencies and insurance companies to provide cost effective treatment of pediatric patients in the home care setting.
