What is a Treecycler Card?
Treecycler Cards are a fun and simple way to let recipients donate a tree in one of many reforestation projects around the world. Users will visit the website listed on the back of their card and enter their unique code. The website displays each project on an interactive map where users can learn more and choose the project they like best. Upon choosing a project, users have the ability to connect with Facebook and share their experience courtesy of your brand.
How are the trees planted?
Through strategic partnerships with various state agencies and other accredited reforestation associations. These organizations work transparently with us to fulfill each donation, completing a verification form upon every seasonal planting.
Can we brand the online donation website?
Yes! The website was created with image and text placeholders along the redemption process to incorporate your company’s logo and unique message.
How many reforestation projects are available on the website?
Currently, there are over forty reforestation projects available on nearly every continent. Each project is different from the next but each are committed to restoring deforested and degraded lands, preserving habitats and improving communities around the world.
How do we distribute Treecycler Rewards?
The Reward Code and instructions found on the back of the card can be printed on anything that accommodates variable code printing. Seeded or recycled paper reward cards are a great fit for this eco-friendly gift as well as on-pack promotions, direct mail and in-store gift-with-purchase campaigns.
Is there an expiration date on the cards?
Yes. The standard expiration date is one year from the date your order ships. Extended expiration dates are available at an additional cost.
What happens if users need assistance redeeming their card?
Users will have 24/7 access to an online support desk found on the website listed on the back of their card.
