- The goal of Tender performing:
The goal of the tender is the selection of the best Attractions with its delivery and installation in “The Public-urban cultural and resting park in Dushanbe-city”
- The form of the tender
The tender should be held in a certain period, and the pretender’ items will be secret.
- List of documents to be issued:
a)The Master Plan of the object in M 1:500 ( a copy)
b)The engineeringgeologist conclusion of the object
c)List, technical rules, the necessary number in accordance of 4-th item of the Contract, the example photo of attractions.

- List and conditions of suggested documents.
The local pretender offer the note to the tender Commission not more than eight pages ( in duplicate) in native language and the foreigners offer the note in Russian language. It must conclude the following:
- Name, address, and producer country of attractions
- list, technical rules and total cost each of the attractions with delivery ( customs expense and travelling expenses) and their connection with ( the rules of earthquake in the territory of 9 point earthquake, take an account the wind, and safety of fire) in the building.
-the terms performance of work of the building-connecting of attractions
-the guarantee of using the attraction no less than two years
- training the stuff of the rules of using the attractions
All the documents should be covered and on the left side should be written the name of the contractor (height of written must be 10 mm).
The suggested letter must have the information of contractor, his activity about production, delivery and joining the attraction, surname, name and patronymic of contractor’ secretary and also address and telephone.
During the drawing up the documents of tender it is not allowed to use from computer graphics.
All the suggested documents to the tender should be under consideration.
6. The terms of suggested documents:
a) Documents for tender must be suggested not later from the 1-st of September 2010 year to the Main governing building of Dushanbe city with registration of “For attraction tender”.
b) Suggested documents register in the especial book in the date of the registration.
c) Documents which redistricted not in the appointed time should be not under consideration.
7. Arrangement of investigating of suggestion and getting result.
The Tender Commission should considerate the suggested documents in their meeting from the date of record.
Debate and document analysis should be providing freedom, the process of the meeting and the Decision of Commission record in the protocol.
The pretender acknowledge as victor if his suggestion satisfy the requirements, with innovation and the best decision of technical problems and minimum value.
The Commission should proclaim the victor in the base of open vote. If the votes are equal, the Vote of chairman should be the deciding vote.
