1. / WELCOME & APOLOGIES
Lord Provost Bob Duncan welcomed everyone to the meeting and commented on some of the excellent sporting successes over the last year for local clubs and the opportunities available to local sport with the Commonwealth Games coming to Scotland this summer.
2. / MINUTES OF 2013ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

3. / MATTERS ARISING
There were no matters arising.
4. / CO-CHAIRS REPORT
A copy of the 2013 / 2014 Co-Chairs’ Report was circulated in advance of the meeting & will be circulated to all members with the minutes.
5. / TREASURER'S REPORT
A copy of the 2013 / 2014 accounts and grant aid summary was circulated in advance of the meeting and will be circulated with the minutes.
John Moir informed the meeting that the General Fund balance was £1093 for the past year - this surplus was achieved through affiliation & Sports Coach UK course income.
It was a successful year for the Grant Aid Scheme with over £13,000 paid out to date. This level of expenditure for the grant aid will be sustainable for another 2 years, after which the reserve will have been completely uaed up. The Finance Sub-Group will investigate changes to the scheme over the next 12 months.

5. / MEMBERSHIP JOINING FEES
It was proposed by the Treasurer that the affiliation fees of £20 for clubs / associations and £10 for individuals to remain the same for 2014 / 2015.
This was agreed by everyone in attendance.
6. / CONSTITUTION AMENDMENTS
The following constitutional amendment was approved:
Change Point 9 from:
SportDundee shall not be wound up except by resolution carried by a majority of two-thirds of those present and voting at a Special General Meeting of the aforementioned SportDundee called for the purpose. In the event of SportDundee being wound up, all the funds of SportDundee shall be handed over to the City Council for disposal for such purposes as it in its discretion may determine, and the decision of the City Council shall be final.

As stated in the constitution, the Co-Chair who has been elected from the club / association representatives, steps down but is eligible for re-election.
Donna Crowther stepped down and was re-elected as Co-Chair.

Kanzen Karate members carried out an excellent demonstration for those in attendance.
