Coaching Testimonials

Lisa Claus LLC Media LLC (Previously Manager to Monte Pittman- Madonna’s guitarist)

‘I first learned of Amanda's Rock Performance Coaching concept through LinkedIn and have been fascinated ever since. After participating in a survey and follow up call, I was convinced of the need for this type of service in the music industry. It appears she may have discovered a "missing piece" in the puzzle of connecting the needs of the "creative" with the "business" side of this industry. Amanda has proven herself to be an outside the box thinker, coming up with solutions to better not only the potential for success in monetary terms, but the all-round well-being of the music artist and the surrounding team. In addition to being a creative problem-solver, Amanda is gifted with an approachable, caring, and confident personality. She has the potential to help others soar in their careers. Anyone who has the pleasure of working with Amanda should consider themselves lucky.’

Michael Burdette (Musician/ Keyboard player)

‘I sought out Amanda and her "Rock Performance Coach coaching practice" after a very difficult time in my professional life. She really provided me with the tools and outlook to overcome the emotional turmoil I had at the time. She was always available to me, even though we were half a world apart and a 7 hour difference. She really pulled me up! As a Rock Performance Coach, she is highly recommended.’

Garry Lengthorn (IT Director Sthree)

‘As part of the senior management team at SThree, I had been fortunate to be provided some one-to- one coaching support from Amanda as part of our talent development programme. During this time, she prompted me to find solutions to some of the areas that I have been challenged to develop and she has been extremely valuable in supporting me.’

Alex Gerritsen – (Director Sthree)

‘I have worked several times with Amanda over the past years, and she has been an excellent coach and change agent. Due to her pleasant coaching style she gets the maximum out of people. She is very friendly, lively and has a lot of humor, but stays focused on the overall results that need to be achieved. I can highly recommend Amanda for any coaching or change management position.’
