Due dates for Cambridge Examinations written at ESCS (valid for 2017)

Please note that the due dates below apply to El Shaddai Christian School only. Each centre will determine their own due dates according to the processing time required for making entries to Cambridge. The centre needs time for checking and processing of entry details before uploading the entries to the Cambridge examination website. Applications received by ESCS after our due dates will be subject to an additional late administrative fee per subject by us. Applications received after the Cambridge due dates may still be possible, subject to a very expensive, high late penalty fee charged by Cambridge. Late penalty fees will be quoted on request.

No entries will be made before the total applicable for examination fees for a student has been deposited into the school’s bank account. The reason for this is that Cambridge invoices the school for the total due immediately the entries are uploaded to Cambridge.

Due dates for the May / June 2017 examinations:

Due date for completion of the online entry form: Friday 3 February

Due date for full payment of the examination fees into the ESCS bank account: Friday 10 February

(After this date, we cannot guarantee that there will be time for processing entries before the planned upload.)

Date on which ESCS will upload the entries to Cambridge: Wednesday 15 February

(After this date, late entries may still be possible, with late entry penalty fees.)

Due date for completion of the online entry form: Friday 28 July
