Drugs (Price Control) Order 1995 Prices Revision List Of Bulk Drugs And Formulation

Based On Notifications Issued By National Pharmaceutical Pricing Authority

Maximum Prices Of Bulk Drugs, Under First Schedule Of Dpco 1995 And Ceiling Prices Of Formulations Thereof, Are Fixed Or Revised From Time To Time By The Government Of India.

Maximum Prices Of Controlled Bulk Drugs, As Defined Under Clause 2(A) And As Specified In First Schedule To Dpco 1995 And Fixed And Notified By Government Of India Under Clause 3 Are Listed Alphabetically. Prices Notified Under Dpco 1987 And Which Are Not Amended Under Dpco 1995 Are Also Listed And Continue To Be Operative Under Dpco 1995 As Provided Under Clause 3(3) And Clause 27(2) Of Dpco 1995 (From 1990 Onwards).

Ceiling Prices For Scheduled Formulations As Defined Under Clause 2(V) Of Dpco 1995 And Notified Under Clause 9 Are Listed Alphabetically Product-Wise. Ceiling Prices Fixed And Notified For Scheduled Formulations Under Dpco 1987 And Which Are Not Amended Or Notified Subsequently Under Dpco 1995 Continue To Be Operative As Per Clause 27(2) Of Dpco 1995 Are Also Listed (From 1990 Onwards).
