Draper Announces Personnel Moves

(Spiceland, Ind.) – Draper, Inc. has announced that three sales territories in the United States will be covered by new Regional Sales Managers.

Mike Mitchell is the new Regional Sales Manager for the Pacific Northwest Territory. Mitchell comes to Draper after more than 17 years in the AV industry, including 15 years working for A/V dealers in the Northern California area in sales, customer service, design, specification and installation for a wide variety of projects. His territory includes northern California, Washington, Oregon, northern Nevada, Alaska and British Columbia.

Paul Leiva (CTS) has been named the Regional Sales Manager for the New York/New Jersey/Pennsylvania AV Territory. Leiva has been in the AV industry for close to 10 years, most recently with a Home Automation manufacturer, where he focused on the CEDIA channel, electrical contractors, builders, architects and designers.

Leiva takes over from Ross Rhoades (CTS), who has accepted the position of Regional Sales Manager for Draper’s Lower Midwest Territory, which includes Alabama, Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri and Tennessee. Rhoades is moving to the Lower Midwest Territory to take over from Kylee Teague (MBA, CTS, LEED®AP), who is taking up an inside sales position in Draper’s Window Coverings department, to help meet growing demand in that area.
