The CALMAC Website Committee heldits scheduled conference call on December 11, 2007,to address the items shown in the attached agenda. The call covered a. Thenext call will be held on Tuesday,February 13, 2008 at 9:30 AM.

Minutes of Conference Call (in order of agenda) Call started at 9:45 AM

  1. Approve minutes of December 11, 2007 Website Committee conference call. Approved unanimously.
  1. Regular Meeting Items
  • Review Toolkit document list. (Please review prior to the conference call and see if you identify any missing documents.)

-Action: Tim Caulfield, send Mary O’Drain a tickler to see if the Low Income staff have additions to the Low Income Toolkit page.

-Action: Tim Caulfield – Review and trim the DR Toolkit page.

-Action: Belen Valencia - send Dec. 21 decision for addition to EE Toolkit page.

  1. Pending issues about the site from prior calls:
  2. CEE database sharing concept – Pending for response from Monica Nevius, Call back in February 2008
  3. Confirm changes to EM&V Contractor page text.

-Action: Tim Caulfieldto follow up to be sure changes get made.

  • Update process for Contractor Names – How many left to update – 5 companies still have not confirmed their information.

-Action: Tim Caulfield will contract each personally to see what they want to do.

  • Peter Lai – Does anyone at CPUC use/still want the MAESTRO Project Summary? Peter got back responses asking us to archive it. The committee discussed it and decided to deactivate the page until someone from the CPUC request it.

-Action: Tim Caulfield – deactivate the MAESTRO/Quarterly Report page.

  • RFPs posting

-CEC posts RFPs on the CEC website, the DGS website and publications if needed such as engineering magazine or newspapers. The CPUC posts on the CPUC website, DGS and IEPEC and Evaluators institute. This all supports that we don’t need a place on the CALMAC website for RFPs.

-IOU procurement is through bidders lists. Confirms no need for RFP posting on CALMAC.

  • CPUC is going to be having several webinars. How should CALMAC support these? This has already been announced via the CPUC listserv. Conclusion: CALMAC.org doesn’t need to do anything.
