Some Fun Fair feedback:
-perhaps using dunk tank as raffle incentive affected its popularity at the Fun Fair
-use leftover juice boxes from Fun Fair at waterslides
-sell left over candy bags at waterslides
-have a parent volunteer position to act as a security person, walk around the school and inside the school?
-sell meal pkg at concession eg. hot dog, drink and chips for 50 cents or $1 less than buying separately
-can presell these meal pkgs ahead of time along with presold tix
-maybe make a separate meal coupon to differentiate it from the regular tix?
-label coolers with what’s inside on masking tape eg. pop, water, juice
-make a list of all staff who are volunteering and getting thank you note & meal tix and check off once given out
Nature Play project:
Steve reported that there is nothing to update. He will try to get more info on this. Perhaps get volunteers organized the first few weeks of Sept to clear out the brush, etc?
Waterslides:
Presold wristbands for those paying the discounted family rate? Pick them up and put on ahead of time? Steve will ask them if that’s ok. Lynn volunteered to pick them up if needed.
