Application Contents / Instructions

WHO CAN APPLY?

Any Next Michigan Development Corporation that has been designated by the MSF Board.

APPLICATION PROCESS

The application for a Next Michigan Development Area shall consist of the application form and the 2 required attachments.

The required attachments include:

1.  Parcel maps of the proposed area that indicate parcel numbers, acreage amounts, boundary lines, etc. Google maps are not acceptable.

2.  Copies of the Real Property Parcel tax cards for all parcels related to the area.

All portions of the application must be completed and provided for consideration.

Attachment 1 – Parcel maps of the proposed area that indicate parcel numbers, acreage amounts, boundary lines, etc. Google maps are not acceptable.

Attachment 2 – Copies of the Real Property Parcel tax cards for all parcels related to the area

APPLICATION SUBMISSION

The completed original application and one (1) copy should be mailed to the address below.

*RZ areas shall equal the cumulative number of initial or subsequent local governmental unit parties to the NMDC interlocal agreement, plus 1 additional area for each county party to the interlocal OR up to 12 areas for an eligible urban entity as determined by the President of the MSF.
