Cristian owns a Master in Advanced Technologies and is a Dr. in Organizational Architecture Reengineering & Business Management from Polytechnic University of Bucharest (2002).

He was trained & mentored in Business Improvement by Roth & Strong (Black Belt, Paris, 2002) and Six Sigma Academy (Master Black Belt, USA, 2005 - 2009). He is one of the few double certified Master Black Belts in the world, receiving his Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt certifications from ALSTOM in 2006 (France & Switzerland) and from Six Sigma Academy in 2009 (USA).

Cristian has extensive experience in working with boards, executives and senior management of rapid-growth companies requiring expert assistance with evaluating and managing the forces that drive organizational performance. He brings the strategic focus and mature business judgment gained in last 18 years while working with companies like ABB, ALSTOM, Airbus, Boeing, Nissan, Suzuki, Societe Generale, Lufthansa, and British Airways on all continents, while holding different Line and Functional Management positions or as an external Advisor/Consultant.

He has led and coached high-level operational initiative – Business Transformation, Turnaround, Business Process Reengineering/Restructuring and Business Process Management, Lean Six Sigma deployments, large CRM, ERP, SRM implementations, and Change Management.

Cristian thought Leadership, Management, Reengineering and Business Improvement in different Universities and from 2004 is one of the leading trainers of ALSTOM University for Lean Six Sigma and the leading trainer for Business Process Management/Organizational Design, with hundreds of specialists trained and certified all over the world.

As an experienced international keynote speaker, judge and chairman, Cristian is one of the preferred option for IQPC – International Quality and Productivity Center, Marcus Evans, American Society of Quality and has addressed various international forums – London, Amsterdam, Dubai, Bucharest, Beijing, Kuala Lumpur, Warsaw, Washington, New York, Sydney, Denver, Paris, New Delhi, Miami.

As recognition for his international achievements, in 2011 Cristian received in London the special award from IQPC for the worldwide contribution to the Improvement Community.
