Accessing yourPlan

TheAdministratorsthathavesetupyourCrisisManageraccounthaveidentifiedyouasanAuthorized User, meaning you have access to certain plans that cannot be downloaded by other users. To log inasanAuthorizedUser youwillfirstneed tocreateanaccountinthemobileapp.

• OpenyourCrisisManagerappfromyoursmartphone.
• TapCreateAccount.
• EnteryourEmailAddressandPassword.

*Note:Thepasswordyousetmustmeetthefollowingrequirements:

Between 8 and 40 characters inlength.

Have a least one Uppercasecharacter.Have a least one Lowercasecharacter.Have a least one Numericcharacter.

HaveatleastoneOthercharacter.

• TapCreateAccountwhenfinished.

• Onceyouraccounthasbeencreatedyouwillbesentanemailconfirmation.Clickonthelinkprovidedintheemailtocompletetheconfirmationprocess.

• Afteryouhavecompletedtheconfirmationprocess,youwillneedtologbackintotheapp.GobacktoyourCrisisManagerapponyoursmartphoneandtapBack.
• EnteryourEmailAddressandPasswordandtapLogin.
• ThatwillbringyoutotheVerifiedEmailAddressespageandyouwillseeyouremailaddresslisted.
• TapBackintheupperlefthandcorner,thistakesyoutotheSettingsscreen.
• ClickonintheupperlefthandcorneroftheSettingsscreentoreturntothehomepage.
• AConfirmPlanDownloadpop-upscreenwillappeargivingyoutheoptiontodownloadtheauthorized user plan to which you have been givenaccess.
• ClickYestodownloadit.
• Oncetheplanhasdownloaded,itwillappearonyourCrisisManagerhomepage.Tapontheplannametoopenit.

Updating thePlan

IftheAdministrator updatesaplanthatyouhavedownloaded,youwillbenotifiedbyabadgeontheCrisisManager appicon.

• TaptheCrisisManagericontoopentheapp.
• Tapontheplanwiththeindicatorbadgetodownloadthenewversion.
