I certify, on behalf of the above named person(s), that I am authorised to make this booking and that I have read and accept the booking conditions sent to me with this booking form / downloaded from I am at least 21 years of age. I also certify that all persons included in this booking will be fully covered throughout the period of the apartment rental (see arrival and departure dates above) by travel insurance with reasonable and appropriate cover. I/we will indemnify Nigel & Linda McPheat, the apartment owners, against all expenses incurred as a result of my/our failure to purchase adequate travel insurance. I/we agree to arrive at the apartment no earlier than 14:00 on the day of arrival and I/we agree to vacate the apartment before 10.00am on the day of our departure unless I/we have obtained prior written agreement from the owners to do otherwise. I/we undertake to remove our rubbish from the apartment daily and leave the apartment clean and tidy upon our departure. If I/we cause any damage to the apartment and/or break any of the contents, we will repair the damage/replace the broken items prior to our departure however if time prevents me/us from doing so, we will indemnify the owners upon our return home. If I am sending this form to the owners by e-mail, the e-mail to which it is attached can be interpreted as my signature to this agreement and the date of the e-mail can be interpreted as the date of this agreement.
