Purpose of Position: The primary function of this position is to accuratelyprocess payroll for various loacations throughout USA and Canada on a weekly and/or bi-weekly basis. This position will be required to learn the entire payroll process from beginning to end and be able to act as backup for any company code processed in ADP. Additionally, this positionwill provide accounting support as needed.

1 = lowest level,7 = highest level / Managerial and Coordination Requirements:
  • Ensure the accurate entry of payroll data, accurate processing of the payroll, and excellent customer service to the organization and its employees.
  • Keying all payroll-related data necessary to process and meet payroll schedules
  • Processing Certified Payrolls as needed
  • Provide accounting support as needed for Finance Director
  • Must be extremely detailed oriented, organized, able to meet deadlines and handle multiple assignments simultaneously
  • Must also be able to work independently and as part of a team, to set priorities and respond to changing demands from multiple sources
  • Strong customer service skills are a must, as well as planning, analytical and problem solving skills and the ability to identify areas for efficiency and process improvements.
  • Must have solid understanding of Payrollpractices.

Responsibilities for Business Results (expected Added Value, Objectives, KPIs):
  • Success in this position is ensuring the accurate entry of payroll data, accurate processing of the payroll, and excellent customer service to the organization and its employees.

Knowledge and Experience
  • Min. 1-2 years of payroll processing experience required
  • Experience with ADP software a plus
  • Experience with Payroll taxes a plus
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills needed and must be able to communicate well with all levels of management and staff.
  • Proficient in current version of MS Word, Excel, and Power Point
  • Organized and detail oriented with the ability to multitask

Degree of Complexity / Degree of Freedom:
  • Moderate degree of freedom in Finance strategy as long as it is in line with Group strategies
