Don Elliott has served in a claims leadership capacity for over 20 years. He is currently the Claim Manager, Commercial Lines Operations, for Jewelers Mutual Insurance Company, the only insurer dedicated solely to the jewelry industry, writing in all 50 states and internationally.
Don has adjusting and leadership experience within automobile, property and inland marine lines. He has directed large loss adjusters, catastrophe offices, litigation teams, no-fault units, subrogation handlers, salvage departments, and loss taking centers. Don currently serves on PLRB’s Property and Liability Advisory Board.
Don received his Bachelor of Science degree in business administration with an emphasis in management from Northern Michigan University. He has a certificate in general insurance, an associate in claims designation, a graduate-claims administration designation (Farmers Insurance Group), and has participated in numerous claim and leadership courses during his career.
