In order to keep the MULTICULTURAL THEOLOGICAL INSTITUTEas a spiritual institution , worthy of his calling, and faithful to biblical principles , with God's help I will:
____1 ) Maintain a healthy spiritual life so that I be a faithful example to my class , through my testimony ,
conversation and devotional life.
____ 2) Strive to lead my students to a better approach to God through reverent study of the Holy Word of God.
____3)Concern about the spiritual lives of my students, as well as for teaching of the Word in order to lead them to a life of continuous development, both spiritually and intellectually.
____ 4) Prepare each lesson carefully and painstakingly, ensuring that each class is saturated in prayer, presenting the
study material the best I can, while trying to consideration the opinion of thestudents.
____5) Assist in all institute activities or programs, and encourage students to cooperate and participate.
____6) Attend all meetings of teachers and provide ideas for improving the classes as well as seek opportunities to promote the Theological Institute in visits to churches and through personal contacts.
____ 7) Improve my knowledge,in the Word as secular. Trying to be more useful to the Lord and the ministry that I have accepted the teaching of the Word of God.
____ 8) Report as soon as possible to the Principal or other officer of the Department or the District if at any time I am unable to teach.
____ 9) Avoid controversies, arguments, or personal matters, if this somehow creates a bad precedent to the institute and affects the good relationship between students or between the staff of the Institute.
____10 ) Be obedient to superiors in the Institute and District, accomplishing my duties as a teacher. Also I promise to always remember that the position of teacher is a gift of God and a ministry according to the Scriptures, which urge me to be a faithful steward.
____11 ) I accept and adhere to the fundamental truths of the Assemblies of God:

11 TO BUID UP OR EDIFY THE CHURCH AND EVANGELISM 12 DIVINE HEALING
13-THE BLESSED HOPE 14 - THE MILLENNIAL REIGN OF CHRIST
15 - THE LAKE OF FIRE 16 - NEW HEAVENS AND A NEW EARTH
