- Presentation, Discussion and working groups concerning the studies with ex-post approaches:
-In December 1,with case studies that evaluate impacts on the exporting capacity of countries.
-In December 2, with studies that try to measure the impacts of quality infrastructure services in issues like consumers protection, capacity building, transaction costs, asymmetry of information (impacts on domestic issues).
- Presentation and discussion of case studies of ex-ante case studies and the creation of data collection systems.
- How to write an impact assessment study, next steps and feedback session.
- Case Studies with ex-post approaches:

- LATU (Wine Certification): design of industry-based questionnaire
- SIC (Accreditation of Mass Labs to the Pharmaceutical Industry): design of a inter-industry questionnaire
- INDECOPI (Acreditación de Laboratorios de Ensayo en el área de Productos Hidrobiológicos): timeline of complaints (combining data with different sources)
- ONA (Accreditation of meat certification for exports to Chile and accreditation of testing labs): timeline of exports level

- INMETRO (Development of Certified Reference Material for Ethanol in Water): capacity building of metrology institutes and qualitative questionnaires
- CENAMEP (Verification of electrical meters to implement a new standard): fairness in transactions and the importance of own data resources.
- ECA (Verification of electrical meters to implement a new standard): I still need the matrix
- SLBS (Accreditation of Medical Labs): reduction of complaints and wrong diagnosis.
