Nonverbal Dictionary

In groups of 3-4, you are going to be creating a nonverbal communication dictionary. You must include 40 nonverbal cues (20 body movements, 10 sounds, and 10 environmental factors). You must also have an index. The nonverbal cues must be in alphabetical order. You must also have a front and back cover.

For each nonverbal cue listed in your dictionary, you must have a definition or picture of the cue, an explanation of when it is used, what it means and what nonverbal category it is a part of.

Some things to think about:

-How are you going to structure it?

-What will it look like?

- What will you name it?

-Will you include pictures of the nonverbal actions?

This is due Thursday at the end of the day. On Friday, you will give a brief group speech presenting your nonverbal dictionary. In the speech, each group will tell us the name of their dictionary, tell us how they decided to structure it, and explain 5 of their terms. Every member of the group must participate in the speech.
