PTC MEETING-2016
DATE: 10/09/2016
MINUTES
The PTC meeting was held in the Principal’s Chamber in the presence of the chairman, PTC, Mr. V.K. Pandey, Member Secretary, PTC, Smt. V. Tomar and representatives of parents and teachers on 10th of September, 2016. Meeting started at 01:30pm. A discussion was made in the meeting for the smooth functioning of the Vidyalaya. The following points came out after discussion in the meeting and the following decisions were taken in the meeting.
- It is usually seen that the most of the students prefer to go on leave without the escort. Some parents pressurize the authority to relieve their wards without proper documentation.
Decision taken:- It was decided that no student will go on leave without escort/proper documentation.
- Most of the parents don’t visit the Vidyalaya on 2nd Saturday of every month.
Decision taken:- All the parents will visit the Vidyalaya on 2nd Saturday of every month to observe the academic performance of their wards. In this case, parents must be informed regularly by the wards.
- Most of the students keep mobile phones, camera in the house.
Decision taken:- The parents will not allow their wards to carry mobile phones, camera in the house otherwise a strong action will be taken by the school authority.
- In case of sickness, no parents come to the Vidyalaya to receive their wards even after they are informed.
Decision taken:- If a student goes on leave (medical) then at the time of his/her arrival/rejoining, medical fitness certificate should be produced otherwise, the student will not be allowed to enter the dormitory.
- Some parents do not meet the House Master/AHM during their visit to the Vidyalaya’s dormitories.
Decision taken:- No parents will be allowed to enter the dormitories without the permission of the HM/AHM.
- Vacation schedule is not followed strictly by the parents/guardians/students.
Decision taken:- The parents/guardians/authorized persons will receive the students on scheduled data decided by the school authority.
- Most of the students are found denying to have their hair cut properly.
Decision taken:- Parents will motivate their wards to have hair cut properly. Otherwise a strong action will be taken by the school authority.
- It is usually seen that some students use to be frequently absent in various activities of the Vidyalaya.
Decision taken:- The concerned parents of the defaulters will be convinced to get their wards’ TC issued. Before issuing TC, the counseling of the students by HM/AHM is must. The defaulters may be warned three times maximum.
- Most of the students want to make telephonic conversation during academic hours and they also go to the HMs’ Quarters/AHMs’ Quarters regularly.
Decision taken:-The students will make telephonic conversation with their parents during supervised study only.
- Migration: Most of the parents do not want to send their wards on migration.
Decision taken:- All PTC members agreed to the Migration Policy of NVS and appealed to change the migration linkage with JNVs of nearby state.
At last, Chairman, PTC, Mr. V.K. Pandey extended his thanks to all PTC members for their active participation in the meeting. Meeting ended at 04:00 pm on happy note.
