What is Podcasting, podcatching and Streaming Video?
Podcasting -- It is the means of distributing digital media files for people to listen to whenever, wherever, however they want it

oEnhanced – images are incorporated with audio
oVideocast - Vidcast or Vodcast –Is a term used for the online delivery of Video on demand video clip content
Podcatching – Refers to selecting and receiving audio file subscriptions automatically (RSS Feeds – Discuss later)
M-Learning – The ability to download a variety of materials in many mobile formats.
Streaming Video – Is the use of audio and video to display a topic

RSS allows people to subscribe to your podcast. New podcasts appear in your MP3 player whenever they are connected.

The best place to start is to listen/watch to a few shows.
Always use podcasts in conjunction to an online course within the CMS (course management system) or a blog for interaction purposes.
