REFUND OF DEPOSIT
Severn Trent Services conducted a final reading of the water meters on September 30th, and a final bill was mailed on October 6th. The MUD Board had voted to apply the security deposit toward the final bill, therefore many of the residents received a statement reflecting a credit. If your deposit was more than your October statement amount, you will receive a refund check. Severn Trent Services will be sending the refund checks by November 14th.
If you have any questions, please contact Severn Trent at 512-246-0498.
HOLIDAY TRASH PICKUP
Thanksgiving week pickup will be Wednesday, November 26th.
Christmas week pickup will be Wednesday, December 24th.
New Year’s week pickup will be Wednesday, December 31st.
OVERSIZE HOLIDAY TRASH DISPOSAL
Oversize items such as boxes, Christmas trees, etc. will be picked up during the weekly scheduled trash pickup at the curb in front of your home. The material needs to be secured so it won’t become a nuisance if it is a windy day. Please set out no more than eight extra items to ensure that everyone can get serviced.
Due to local ordinances, Progressive cannot accept batteries, oil, filters, tires, construction debris, dead animals, fertilizers, insecticides, pesticides, paint cans, and poisons. If you have any questions, please contact Progressive Customer Service at 512-282-3508.
