Cancellations received less than 14 days prior to the event date will be subject to a cancellation fee of $75

Angela Exford, RN, RMC, CLNC, RAC-CT,CADDCT,CDP - Risk Management Consultant for the Senior Living Risk Partners Division ofArthur J. Gallagher Risk Management Services, Angela is a graduate of Troy University of Montgomery's Nursing Program, where she earned her degree to be a Registered Nurse. She holds certifications in Risk Management for Long Term Care, Resident Assessment Coordinator and Legal Nurse Consultant. She is a Certified Alzheimer’s Disease and Dementia Care Trainer, Certified Dementia Practitioner through the National Council of Certified Dementia Practitioners and International Council of Certified Dementia Practitioners.She has over twenty-five years of Senior Living experience and held various positions including: Direct Patient Care Nurse, Staff Development Coordinator, Unit Manager, Medicare Coordinator, PPS/MDS Coordinator, Assistant Director of Nursing, Director of Nursing, Floor Administrator, and Facility Risk Manager.
