Navigate to My ISACA>Click on the Renew button(s) shown under Membership Status and Certification Status (if applicable).

If you are not logged in to the site, you will be presented with a login screen as shown below

If you are a member and also certified, you will be presented with the following screen and the option to renew Membership and

Certifications or Certifications only. If someone is a member only, the only option they would only see is “I want to renew My Membership only”. Click the Continue button.

The individual will taken through their Profile and given the option to make changes to their contact information. Click Save my changes.

The next screen presented is the Demographic and Certification profile (if applicable).

Enter the CPE hours (if applicable) and click on the Continue button

Membership and Certification fees will appear as shown below. Click the Continue button

The next screen will present an option to contribute to ITGI. Click the Continue button.

The next screen presented is the Purchase Summary. To make changes to your chapter only, click on Local Chapter (this is a link).

Click Proceed to Checkout.

Shopping Cart is the next screen presented. BASIC and CHAPT cannot be removed from the cart. To remove Certification Fees check the box in the Remove column. Select either Pay Later (Check or Wire Transfer) or Proceed to Payment (Credit Card).

Proceed to payment will present the following screen:

Invoice/Payment Receipt will appear on the screen. The individual will also receive and email confirmation of their purchase.

Paid through date and or Cert Thru date will not be updated until the batch is posted.

If the renewal is paid by credit card and the individual attempts to renew again, they will receive the following message:

Chapter Dues Only payment – when an individual initially checks the box that they paid their local chapter direct, the chapter dues amount is removed from their cart. Once the batch is updated, the individual may go back online to pay the outstanding balance. They will need to uncheck the paid local chapter dues box for the balance to appear in the shopping cart.
