Navigate To Homer Connect
Type into any web browser:
You will see “HOMERCONNECT” link near the top of the web page. Click “HOMERCONNECT.”
Login to Homer Connect
You will be redirected to the following webpage that appears as below:
To sign into Homer Connect, enter your Student/Staff/Faculty Identification Number where it says “User ID” and enter your PIN.
Click “Login” to access Homer Connect.
Reset Homer Connect PIN
If you need to reset your Homer Connect PIN, follow the blue type face instructions:
Please see below for an example:
You will be directed to answer your Security Question that you have set previously:
Enter your answer. Answers can contain alphanumeric, special characters and be case sensitive.
Click “Submit Answer.”
The “Reset” button clears the “Answer” textbox of all characters.
You will be sent to the below page to reset your PIN:
Enter your new PIN. Re-enter the exact same PIN below it.
Click “Reset PIN.”
Homer Connect Account is Disabled
If you receive the below message after failing to login to Homer Connect:
Please send an email to requesting that your Homer Connect account be unlocked.
Please provide your full enrolled name and student/staff/faculty identification number in the email.
Forgot PIN with No Security Question
Your account will automatically disable after 3 unsuccessful login attempts.
Please use the Office of the Registrar’s electronic form to authorize the reset and release of your HomerConnect account information to you via email.

However, it is best to simply reset your PIN before you have attempted three times, if you have forgotten your PIN.
Setting Homer Connect Security Question
First you must sign into Homer Connect following the steps mentioned above.
Go to the “Personal Information” section on the default Homer Connect website:
Click the link “Change your security question.”
You will see the following page:
You must enter your current PIN before setting the security question.
You have two (2) choices for questions:
- Use a pre-selected question and answer accordingly
- Create your own question and answer accordingly
Once you have entered your PIN and filled out one of the security question options, click “Submit.”
PIN Setting Requirements
Your Temporary PIN will immediately expire and you will be prompted to create a new PIN the very first time you log into HomerConnect. The New PIN must be
- Exactly six (6) characters in length.
- All numbers, all letters or any combination of both.
- Do not use special characters
- The PIN is CASE SENSITIVE
You will have to enter your Temporary Pin once and your New PIN twice in this part of the process.
You will be prompted to set up a security question and answer in the event you forget your pin.
- First confirm your PIN (enter New PIN).
- To set up your security question, you can either choose one of the pre-populated questions OR you can make up a question of your own.
Please NOTE: Using spaces or special characters (!, ?, #, $, ., etc.) is considered a part of your answer.
Your HomerConnect account remains active “forever”.Whenever you have forgotten your PIN, you can reset it yourself and regain access to your account.
Please NOTE: Your User ID is your Student ID.Keep this piece of information in a safe place.
