ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS
The2014 KY United Methodist Church Housing Bureau will send you an acknowledgement of your reservation. Please review all information for accuracy. If you do not receive your acknowledgement in this time frame, please contact the 2014 KY United Methodist Church Housing Bureau at . You may also check your reservation via the internet at regardless of how you booked your reservation.
You will not receive a confirmation from the hotel.
ROOM RATES/TAXES
To take advantage of the special 2014 KY United Methodist Church rates, please book your reservation by May 18, 2014. After that date, 2014 KY United Methodist Church room blocks will be released and hotels may charge higher rates.
All rates are per room and are subject to 11.3% tax, (subject to change).
CANCELLATIONS
Reservations may be cancelled until May 18, 2014 without penalty. Continue to use the 2014 KY United Methodist Church Housing Bureau for all changes and cancels until May 27, 2014 at email r by faxing 859-655-4169.
**Please notice the hotel cancellation policy 48 hours prior to arrival to avoid one night’s room and tax.
Do notcontact the hotels directly until after May 27, 2014: they will not have the housing bureau
Reservations until then.
