Finance Manager Person Specification

Experience / Extensive experience of working within a finance department (E)
Management accounts experience(including budget setting) (E)
Financial services experience (general ledger reconciliations, bank reconciliations) (E)
Excellent use of internet, Microsoft Office applications and email (specifically excel spreadsheets) (E)
Proficient knowledge in computerised accounting programmes (preferably Sage) (D)
Knowledge of Charity Commission and Companies House legislative requirements (D)
Experience of working in Charity sector (D)
Skills and Competencies / Excellent communication skills - verbal and non-verbal with people of all levels within and outside of the organisation to finance and non-finance persons (E)
Report writing skills for reports to finance and non-finance persons (E)
