7-day challenge:
· Daily challenges I had them post:
o Post pic or words to tell what you think of the taste of slim
o Post a pic of your water bottle (I posted a graphic of how important drinking water is…got it off plexus powertools)
o Walk/be active for at least 15 minutes today and post what you did
o Post emoji or words to describe how you are feeling
o Post a pic of your pink drink
o Sent home 10 questions on the 7th day
· I assigned points to these activities and added them up at the end.
* Ten questions to send at the end of the 7 days:
1. What did you think of the taste of slim?
2. What non-scale changes did you notice over the week? (these could be things you noticed or things other people noticed).
3. Were there any foods that you normally crave that you didn’t this week?
4. Did sugary food taste different to you?
5. What was the easiest part of using slim?
6. What was the hardest part of using slim?
7. Would you recommend slim to your friends and family?
8. Did slim save you money in any way? (i.e. fewer fast food trips, smaller portions, no soda)?
9. Do you think that for $2.90/day slim is worth what you felt?
10. How many inches/lbs. did you lose over the last 7 days?
