I hereby agree to ensure and shall not cause any damage to the floorings or any other property therein and shall make good and pay for any damage thereto (including accidental damage) caused by any act or omission (whether negligently or otherwise) of my organization, servants, agents or any person attending the Exhibition.

I understand that, should any of my employees or assigned representatives from my company fail to comply with any of these procedures, Informa Exhibitions Pte Ltd reserves the right to prevent us from working on the premises, and to seek damage for any resultant loss or liability.

The Organiser shall take all reasonable security precautions in the interest of the Exhibitors and Visitors. However, the Organiser shall not for any reason whatsoever be held responsible for any loss or theft of exhibits at the Exhibition hall during the build-up, exhibition and dismantling period. The Organiser shall also not be held responsible for any loss or damage to exhibits or any articles belonging to the Exhibitors.

It is imperative that the exhibitor insure, indemnify and hold the Organiser and the venue owners harmless in respect of all costs, claims, demands and expenses to which they may be subject as a result of loss of injury arising to any persons whatsoever caused while the said persons are upon examining or passing the exhibitor’s stands, during the tenancy of the exhibition.

The number of exhibitor badges required must be completed below. To avoid mistakes in the preparation of the badges, please TYPE the personnel names in CAPITAL LETTERS for clarity. The Organiser will not be liable for mistakes made due to the improper completion of the form.

Badges can be collected along with the exhibitor kit from the registration counter on-site upon arrival at the fairground during the build-up period. Admission is strictly by show of badges only and badges must be worn at all times on the exhibition floor.

For the first 12 sqm, each exhibitor is entitled up to 5 free badges. For every subsequent 12 sqm, 2 free badges will be issued, up to a maximum of 30 free badges. Additional badges or replacement of lost badges are chargeable at US$5 each. Please contact The Organiser for additional badges to process.Exchange rate for conversion will be subject to prevailing rate.

Personnel working in the exhibition must carry ORIGINAL work pass with them at all times and produce upon request. Under the Employment of Foreign Workers Act/Vietnam’s Law, any person caught employing foreigners without a valid work permit is an offence.

Note:-
Exhibitors/Contractors who wish to work on the stand overtime in the exhibition halls should give notice to the Organiser before 2pm of that day
(please submit the overtime form to the exhibitor’s registration counter located outside the hall or at the Show Management Office).
At 5pm during build up, ALL EXHIBITORS AND THEIR OWN APPOINTED CONTRACTORS will be requested to leave the exhibition halls. Only EXHIBITORS and THEIR OWN APPOINTED CONTRACTORS who have applied for overtime will be allowed back into the exhibition hall with their particulars given to the security at 6pm. A *charge will be levied on exhibitors/ contractors who wish to work overtime at the exhibition halls.
