2018Men’s Retreat Scholarship Application

What You Need to Know

  1. Submitting an application for a scholarship does not guarantee funding, scholarships will be awarded as funds are available.
  2. The cost for the retreat is $185 with ascholarship available of $85. You are responsible to cover the $100 deposit to register.
  3. Scholarships are work-based. You must give7hours of volunteer time for the retreat or other church ministries for the scholarship funding to be received. Eligible projects for volunteer time will be determined by Men’s Ministry.
  4. Once you have been notified that you have received a scholarship, you must confirm acceptance of the scholarship and responsibility of work hours. After you do this, register for the retreat (if you haven’t yet)and pay at least $100 in order to secure a spot at the retreat.There are two ways to register and pay.

  6. With a registration form on the retreat brochure. The registration form and payment can be returned to either the main church office (2401 Colorado Blvd.) during the week or to male pastoral staff member at the retreat table in the lobby at the weekend services.
  7. All payments are non-refundable.
