Military families please note that if you meet the income requirements for the scholarship you should apply. The caveat for being enrolled in public schools does not include military families.
Re-Enrollment
Don’t Delay for 2018-19 Re-Enrollment
God is doing wonderful things at Grace Christian School! GCS is being noticed by the community as a choice institution for private Christian education and we are seeing an increased demand for enrollment. Currently, we have several grades that have waiting-lists for mid-year enrollment for the 2017-18 school year.
With an increased demand for quality private Christian education, we encourage you to reserve your child’s seat for the 2018-19 school year during February 2018, our closed re-enrollment period.
Each class will have a maximum capacity as part of our commitment to quality education. Additionally, our decisions to split grades into two classes must be made very carefully and well in advance in order to be financially responsible and maintain the highest of educational standards.
It is highly likely that several of our grades will reach maximum capacity during the 2018-19 enrollment. Current GCS students get the first opportunity to reserve their seat for the 2018-19 school year starting February 1. Based on current enrollment numbers, it is possible some grades will be capped at the end of the closed-enrollment period. This means if you have not re-enrolled your student during the month of February, there may not be a seat available for him or her during the 2018-19 school year. It is also necessary that in order for seats to be reserved the balance of your Facts account must be current at the time you re-enroll.
Current GCS students can re-enroll by submitting an online re-enrollment form and paying the $250 registration fee (one fee per family). March 1st the online re-enrollment will be closed and would require a parent coming to the office to verify space availability and re-enrolling in person if space is available.
GCS Open Enrollment to the public will begin March 1st. Seats that are not reserved by current GCS students in February will be available to new students at that time.
